The charter was amazing. The boat was roomy and spacious, much to our surprise (You always hear about cramped quarters on boats). It was well maintained, clean and accommodating. Matt and Tara were beyond incredible. Their knowledge of the islands, friendliness and attention to detail made the trip so enjoyable.
The food was amazing. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were always a highlight of the trip. Everything was a culinary masterpiece. This trip far surpassed our expectations. This was Lynne’s and my first catamaran cruise of the BVI’s,
Because of you it exceeded all of our expectations!
You are an extremely talented and gracious couple.
Every meal was a work of art, my mind was boggled by the fruits of Tara’s hours of labor in her tinny galley kitchen.
Matt expertly navigated through the treacherous pirate infested waters of the BVI and used his buried treasure chest of tools to assure if comfort.

Why did this week pass so quickly????
As repeat guesses, this trip by far was our best ever.
Everything was extraordinary!
From the moment we boarded Elysium, the level of service, attention to detail, superb cooking and boating skills never stopped.
Tara- your magic in the galley was amazing, I just wish I had 3 or 4 slices of the Beef Wellington to take home.
Matt- genius at the helm and ace mechanic made our adventure to exotic islands special.

Dear Matt & TaraTo say thank you for a lovely trip is an understatement for how we truly feel about our boating adventure with you both.
From the lovely cabins perfectly turned out and comfortable beyond belief,
Matts tall tales and mixology and reef dives to Tara’s 5 Star Michellian guide, culinary works of art, her comforting charm and delightful sense of humor.
We could not have imagined a better adventure.
Both of you traveled beyond, to make each activity, meal, sail or relaxing moment as perfect as they could possibly be, thank you.
For our Daughter she will look at Nutella and tide to go pens with a smile and a twinkle remembering the tasty treats and the delightful teasing that has ensured this trip.
Our Son, the turtles, the snorkeling , his knots from the evening of lessons with Matt and of course all his Dairy Free Meals that were all so delicious.
And from Malcolm and myself a great appreciation for one of our most beautiful trips with our family filled with laughter, amazing snorkeling, meals and comfort.

Thank you SO much for making our first trip to the BVI one we will never forget. You made the trip happen even when it almost didn’t. The children experienced things they will never forget. We came to relax and disconnect. We were totally relaxed and made memories that will last a lifetime (swimming with tarpons, (sharks), boat jumping at Willie T’s, tubing, snorkeling, JW’s 16th birthday, and Stuart falling in were just a few.) Lots of laughs! The Happy Hour treats were a surprise every day. We are from New Orleans and we have delicious food but Stephi exceeded all expectations. I have lots of new recipes to take home. 8. Water-Sports: We didn't really scuba dive like we had planned. We were offered to do a dive boat, but weren't really into that scene, so we declined. Honestly, we probably wouldn't have done it anyway due to head/ear pressure challenges, so that was another reason we declined.
