BREAKFAST
1. French Toast Warm Waves:
* Fluffy classic French toast with cinnamon, sugar, fruit, honey, jam or chocolate
*Toast with butter or jam
*Freshly brewed coffee or orange juice
2. Healthy Dive Into A Deep Ocean:
*Plain yoghurt with muesli and a variety of toppings (nuts, honey, fruit,
cinnamon, vanilla)
*eggs of your choice
*asorted fresh fruit bowl
*Herbal tea or almond milk
3. Pastries Bliss:
*Croissant, assorted pastries and bread
*Charcuterie bord with cured meat, cheese and spreads
*Coffee or tea

1. Spicy Beef stir-fry with vegetables
*Slices beef stir-fried with an assortment of colorful vegetables and a soy based sauce with spices and seasoning, served over cooked rice

*risotto with grilled chicken, tomatoes, spinach, onions, garlic sauce, heavy
cream and parmesan cheese
3. Veggie pasta
*Pasta with pesto sauce, mushrooms and seasoning
4. No-meat salad
*Rich salad :green lettuce, onion, chickpeas, sweet corn, feta cheese,
mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, joghurt, seasoning, spices, olive oil, aceto
vinegar
5. Local fish
*Grilled and served with fresh local veggies, olive oil and toasted bread
DINNER
1. Shrimp cocktail/ seafood risotto
*Shrimp coctail served with zesty sauce and lemon wedges, bruschetta with
tomato, basil and garlic and a drizzle of balsamic glaze
2. Herb chicken
*Roasted chicken pieces with creamy parmesan polenta
3. Grilled salmon
*Salmon served with lemon-dill sauce, roasted veggies and garlic mashed
potatoe
