Where is Setting Point, Anegada in the BVI?
Located on the northern tip of Anegada, the northernmost of the British Virgin Islands, Setting Point is the gateway to this coral island's splendors. Anegada is set apart from the rest of the Virgin Islands by its geography—being the only coral island in the volcanic BVI chain—and its secluded position, lying approximately 15 nautical miles north of Virgin Gorda.
Setting Point itself is a hub for visitors, offering a blend of docking facilities, cozy beach bars, and the primary entry point to Anegada's mesmerizing natural attractions. The area provides ample anchorage in its shallow, clear waters, and mooring options are available for those looking to explore the island's terrestrial and aquatic wonders.
For explorers with a deeper draft, nearby Pomato Point offers a good alternative for anchorage, placing you just a short distance from Setting Point’s amenities and the island's spectacular beaches.
