What to do in Fowl Cay
Solitude and Beauty: Absolutely beautiful spot, and you'll probably have it all to yourself.
Spearfishing: Just outside the park boundary, so you can do some spearfishing nearby. We caught several lionfish here, in the reef you can see just to the right of the catamaran in the picture above. Check out our lionfish ceviche recipe.
Nearby Attractions: It's a short dinghy ride to the popular Rocky Dundas attraction.
Exploration: Fowl Cay is private, and while I've heard they aren't friendly, it's worth a dinghy ride near the beach to check out the abandoned plane.
Fowl Cay Anchorage
This anchorage is exposed to easterly trades, so it doesn't make the best overnight stop, but it is doable. Navigation can be tricky, so be cautious of coral heads on your way in and out.
