BIO: Growing up in a small beach town on South Africa’s coast, Warren developed a deep love for the ocean and watersports early on. Naturally drawn to yachting, he’s now been thriving and innovating in the industry for over a decade.
Starting his journey in Fort Lauderdale, Warren rose from Deckhand to Captain, gaining eight years of experience managing successful programs for South Florida yacht owners. With a background across various vessels, he’s dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction and matching clients with their ideal yacht. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Warren ensures both a fun and safe experience on Birdy.

BIO: A coastal Cape Town native, Cameron Green was born with an innate love for watersports, thanks to his parents who were both sponsored, professional water skiers. As a competitive stand-up paddleboarder when he was in high school, he eventually made his way into the yachting industry.
With a degree in Graphic Design from Pearson University, Cam decided to combine his passion for photography, videography, and watersports in a career on the water. Now as First Mate with a 200GT captain’s license, he’s traveled the Caribbean, Bahamas, and U.S. East Coast. Known for his calm, friendly demeanor, Cam’s expert coaching and love for capturing moments on camera make him a favorite among guests and crew on Birdy.

BIO: Ivan Randall grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa, immersed in a family that valued sports, mechanics and hard work. Weekends spent boating and wakeboarding sparked his lifelong love for the water, while hands-on time with his father ignited his passion for mechanics.
Starting his career at Audi, Ivan quickly advanced from apprentice to award-winning diagnostic technician. Later, he gained further experience working with heavy equipment, honing his technical skills. Today, he brings his expertise and dedication to the yachting industry, where his focus on safety, efficiency, and personable nature make him a valuable asset. His journey led him to the yachting industry, where he could merge his love for water and engineering. Ivan’s work ethic focuses on ensuring safety and efficiency, complemented by his engaging personality and love for connecting with people.

With over 7 years of experience as a superyacht chef, Alexandra has honed her craft serving high-end clients around the world. Her style is rooted in fresh, seasonal ingredients with a farm-to-table approach, creating menus that are both refined and comforting. She specializes in customizing meals to each client’s preferences, including dietary restrictions and wellness-focused lifestyles.
Alexandra brings a calm, warm, and nurturing presence to every kitchen she steps into. She takes pride not only in the food she creates, but in the experience she delivers—effortless, elevated, and deeply personal.
Outside of the kitchen, she enjoys staying active, traveling, and expanding her knowledge of global cuisines and cultures.
BIO: Kelly was born and raised in Durban, South African, where her love for the ocean began at an early age. Growing up with two older brothers in the yachting industry inspired her to follow a similar path and pursue a life at sea.
Before joining yachting, Kelly studied and worked in the corporate world, gaining valuable skills. However, her passion for providing five star service for people ultimately led her to make the transition into the industry.
She enjoys meeting people from all walks of life and learning about different cultures, and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming experience on board. In her free time, she loves scuba diving, exploring new places, and spending quality time with family and friends.
