We had the most amazing time aboard Karma for 5 nights. The boat was impeccably clean, well appointed, and decorated beautifully. My husband and I (only the 2 of us) did a captain only charter & Captain Harry was spectacular! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He gave the right amount of conversation and privacy. Our trip was absolutely perfect. Each place was more beautiful than the last. The two of you made a bucket list into life long memories. Everything from the itinerary of our travels to the food and drinks each night was nothing short of perfection. Wow, what a great experience. Ivan and Marisia went above and beyond our family expectations. They were knowledgeable about the area and extremely experienced in the realm of sailing. Marisia even helped entertain our 5 year old daughter and truly went above and beyond, teaching her to snorkel and to be comfortable in the ocean. Was HUGE! She also did such a fantastic job with the menu that the meals that's heaven prepared, were delicious, varied, and presented beautifully. They were flexible with our itinerary and did such a great job guiding us through the amazingly locations. It's clear they take pride in their work, work well as a team, and take care of their vessel, so it's in tip-top shape at all times.

We all got to experience new things and some of us conquered our fears of the ocean thanks to the calm and expert guidance of our crew. We just competed an 8 day charter with Ether and her crew and had a wonderful time. They are both kind and energetic people who are outstanding professionals. I would not hesitate in the future to book them for a repeat charter and hope to do so. I can highly recommend them for your next BVI trip.

The crew of Ether were just incredible. As I shared with them there is customer service and there is customer experience. Customer service is how you treat someone, customer experience is how that person feels treated. I believe I can speak for each and every one of us that were on the trip that they treated us like Royalty! The food was better than a 5 star hotel and their patience, kindness, and humbleness is unheard of in today’s world. If there is anything that we can do to pass on our gratitude to whomever they work for or our appreciation please let us know. Again I lack the words to convey how amazing they were. THEY made the TRIP!!

I know I speak for all of us when I say WOW! We all expected the BVI to be gorgeous, and it sure was, but what we didn’t expect was just how great the actual charter experience would be. Karma was a beauty! She was perfect for the 4 of us; giving everyone plenty of room to spread out and relax, or allowing us all to join together for dinner/drinks/music/story time. The provided towels, sunscreen, cups/koozies, shampoo and conditioner really put the cherry on the top. Extra kudos to the AMAZING AC in the cabins. Very unexpected and greatly appreciated. Carol and I also really enjoyed our time up front during the sailings and also was our favorite way to end our nights with some music from their provided speaker. 10 out of 10 for Karma!!
Now onto our top notch crew….Jake and Mackenzie could NOT have been any better. From our communication beforehand, all the way to our “forced” departure from Karma was nothing short of perfection.
Jake wears 100 hats on that yacht: some being captain, plumber, electrician, dingy transporter, keeping everyone informed of the daily plans, leading you in scuba dives, arranging on shore transportation, and our favorite hat was his patience and sweet smile/smirk while listening to our LOUD antics. Jake is so knowledgeable about all things BVI and yachting, we all felt completely safe and in good hands.
And now let’s talk about Mackenzie…THIS FOOD!!!! We woke up every morning to the unreal smells of her breakfast filling our cabins. Mid day “snacks” were gourmet and mouth watering even for our picky boys. And her dinners…..HOLY SMOKES!! I have no clue how she was able to do it every single night, but she did!! Top tier meals and desserts that left all of us ready to pop. We told her in advance our boys like plain food and she took “plain food” and elevated it into a three MICHELIN star meal that had our boys cleaning their plates. She is so thoughtful in everything she makes and it shows in taste and gorgeous presentation.
On top of shared yacht time, we were able to spend some time with them off yacht, per OUR request, and really feel like we left with two more family members. From Shark Shots, family meetings, lobster dinner ashore, random story times, the 7/14 game at Hendo’s, girl time in the water at Soggy’s, my surprise 50th bday decorations and cake, to the real sign of adoration…nicknames!!! Jake Ma Boy and Mack Daddy will come highly recommended from our group to anyone and everyone that asks, and they have an open invitation to stay with us in San Antonio!

The crew is what made Karma so perfect. Captain Tom and Chef Hannah..I don’t have adequate words to describe them. They work so well together, are so welcoming and accommodating, anticipated any need we might have before we even knew we wanted it, generous with their time and talent, friendly—we felt at home the moment we came onboard. You are amazing! Always a smile and a helping hand when needed. Amazing food putting us in all the right places to really enjoy a spectacular week. You are an amazing team and we wouldn't have had the special experience we all had without all you did for us. Thank you! While you "say" no one saw more octopus that us, it was your guidance that got us there! Octopus, squid, rays, eels, and so many turtles. You always put us in the right spots!
We certainly are leaving with a few more pounds than we came with! Hannah -your menus were great!
We leave with many fond memories and will think back on our grand adventure with delight. We will miss you both and hope you have a wonderful life and many great adventures ahead.

Christmas 2021 USVI Charter
Hannah and Tom,
It is so hard to find the words to say for what this trip means to us. Family, friends, Xmas, and these good islands all together is incredible but then to have the 2 of you guiding us, cooking for us, sharing tips and smiles makes out hearts so full. Amazingly you showed us new things, new places, new drinks and recipes, and bioluminescent fish on our last night. We all feel reenergized and are already looking forward to next year (we will need time to diet before returning). Lionfish, lobsters, mahi-mahi, turtles-we felt like we were in heaven. Bravo! Hannah and Tom are really special people…friendly, thoughtful, service oriented, always available to help, professional, lovely. They are truly amazing crew. We highly recommend them. No words would adequately describe the miraculous dishes that came out of that galley! I was wondering how Hannah would pull off another week of fabulous cuisine without repeating dishes we experienced last year, but she did!! We didn’t request new dishes but her creativity and presentation impressed everyone. Our experience on Karma was top class, and we will most certainly do it again!

Wow-how do we even put into words what this trip has been for us. Our expectations were incredibly high an they were constantly exceeded. Thank you for an amazing week. Not sure what was the best part-the food, the drinks, the laughs, the great vistas? Thankfully the only casualty was one apple watch. Not sure how we can ever top this trip. Thank you Tom and Hannah for making this all that it has been!

We are at a loss for words to adequately capture how amazing this trip has been! Hannah and Tom went above and beyond to make this our best vacation ever! Gourmet food, beautiful bays, unimaginable rainbows, peanut butter bushwhackers and the best gin fizz ever. snorkeling with seat turtles, sunrises and sunsets, best Kentucky Derby party with caribbean hats to boot. All of it was so fun and special. Even a torrential down pour at Lime Out was fun! Thank you for an amazing vacation. Out hearts (and tummies!) are full. We leave rested and relaxed and hoping to do it again.

Thank you for a fantastic week in paradise! Mat loved the snorkeling in Warerlemon, I loved the Maho Bay hike, the kids loved Cinnamon Beach snorkeling and all the gaming. Camden will remember all the Monopoly and Dominoes. The food was fantastic and the rum punch and bushwhackers were superb! We will be back unless we buy our own boat.
