North Sound, Virgin Gorda — BVI crewed yacht anchorage

For Travel Advisors

Crewed yacht charter, built into your practice.

A specialist brokerage and a purpose-built advisor portal: premium proposals under your brand, live visibility into every booking, and half of every commission.

The Program

A true partnership with a specialist brokerage.

Crewed yacht charter is its own discipline — the yachts, the crews, the contracts, the seasons. Our program brings that discipline into your practice. You bring the client; we handle the specialist work: matching the yacht, preparing the proposal, running the contract and payments, coordinating with the crew. The commission is split evenly, and you present the entire experience as your own.

We visit the yachts and meet the captains and crews at the Caribbean and Mediterranean charter shows, so the yacht we put in front of your client is one we'd stand behind. And your client remains yours: they are never added to our marketing lists, never contacted about future trips, and never approached directly. The contract and payments run under Yacht Warriors — the accredited-broker part that protects your client's funds — but the relationship stays with you.

Proud members of

The Advisor Portal

A platform we believe is the first of its kind.

No charter broker we know of gives travel advisors their own portal — so we built one. Every request, proposal, booking, and commission in one place, from first inquiry to embarkation day.

Request a charter in minutes

Submit your client's dates, group, and budget through the portal. It rides straight into our brokerage pipeline — no back-and-forth to get started.

Premium proposals, under your brand

Every proposal is co-branded with your name and agency by default — or fully white-labeled, with your photo and contact details in place of ours.

Live visibility into every booking

Proposal views, booking status, and your client's payment schedule — visible the moment anything changes, without asking us for an update.

Commission, tracked to the dollar

Pipeline, booked, earned, and paid — per charter, in the charter's currency. You always know where every commission stands.

Why Us

The difference your clients will feel.

Yachts we've stood on

We visit the yachts and meet the crews at the Caribbean and Mediterranean charter shows. The proposal your client receives comes from someone who has been aboard — not a listing pulled off a database.

We know the cruising grounds

The right islands, the right route, the right week of the year — across the Caribbean and the Mediterranean. We match your client to the water, not to whatever happens to be available.

Premium proposals, presented as yours

Polished yacht proposals carrying your agency's branding, ready to present as your own work. We stay behind the scenes.

Responsive

Charter clients move quickly. Send a brief and you'll have real options — with honest notes on each — while the trip is still top of mind.

Your client stays yours

Never added to our marketing lists, never contacted about future trips, never approached directly. Stay front and center, or have us white-label the experience — either way, the relationship is yours.

An even split

Half of every commission on the charters you refer, paid after your client embarks. There is no cost to join the program.

Where We Charter

Destinations your clients dream about.

From the British Virgin Islands to the Exumas to the Greek isles — and plenty more. Send us a client headed anywhere on the water and we'll find the yacht.

A few of our favorite weeks afloat.

Real itineraries you can share to spark a client's trip. Once they're booked, we tailor the route to their group, their pace, and the season.

How It Works

From your client's first question to embarkation.

You don't need yacht-charter experience. If a client asks about a crewed yacht and you're not sure where to start, that is exactly what we're here for.

  1. 01

    Send the brief

Your client's dates, group size, destination interest, and budget — through your portal in a couple of minutes, or by email if that's faster.

  2. 02

    Review matched proposals

A short list of vetted yachts, prepared as premium proposals in your portal — co-branded or white-labeled, as you prefer.

  3. 03

    Present to your client

In your own voice, as their advisor. We'll join the call whenever it helps.

  4. 04

    We book, you're paid

Contracts, payments, preference sheets, crew liaison — handled by us, visible to you in the portal. Your half is paid after your client embarks.

Travel Advisor FAQ

Common questions before you reach out.

What commission do travel advisors earn?
Half of the commission Yacht Warriors earns on the charters you refer, paid after your client embarks. Crewed-charter commissions are typically 15% of the charter fee.
Can I put my own branding on the proposals?
Yes. Proposals are co-branded with your name and agency by default, or fully white-labeled with your photo and contact details in place of ours. You choose how you present.
Do I need an IATA, CLIA, or ARC number?
No. Many advisors work under a host agency and use the host's credentials, and established agencies are welcome too. Tell us how you're set up and we'll work with you.
Who handles the booking — me or Yacht Warriors?
We do. Contracts, deposits, payment schedules, preference sheets, crew liaison, post-charter follow-up — all of it, visible to you in your portal. You stay your client's primary contact without having to become a yacht broker yourself.
Which destinations can I refer?
The Caribbean, the Mediterranean, and select bucket-list waters such as Tahiti and the Galápagos. If you're not sure whether we cover a spot, just ask.
Does the client become "my" client or "yours"?
Yours. You choose how visible you are — stay the primary point of contact start to finish, or have us white-label the experience behind your brand. Either way, we never market to your clients, never solicit a direct rebooking, and never share your client list.
