The Yacht
The traditional wooden ship Novi Dan preserves its authentic charm while offering modern comfort. Measuring 27 meters in length and 7.60 meters in width, this elegant two-masted vessel cruises at a relaxed speed of 8 nautical miles, providing a perfect setting for a unique sailing experience.
Novi Dan accommodates up to 23 guests across 12 comfortable cabins. Nine cabins feature a double bed with an additional bunk bed, two cabins have double beds, and one cabin is equipped with a single bed. Each cabin includes a private bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as air conditioning, ensuring a pleasant stay on board.
The main deck offers a welcoming dining area and salon, complemented by a fully equipped bar and attentive, friendly staff available to guests every evening from 7:00 pm to midnight. Above, the spacious sun deck offers an ideal place to relax, soak up the sun during the day, or sleep under the stars at night.
A professional crew of five — captain, cook, sailor, and two waiters/waitresses — is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and meeting every guest’s needs. Cruise routes and destinations can be tailored to your preferences in coordination with the captain, allowing for a fully personalized sailing experience aboard Novi Dan.

Born in 1987, Captain Vlado Lovrić completed maritime school and has been devoted to life at sea since age 18. Coming from a family deeply connected to the maritime world, sailing has always been both his profession and his passion.
With many years of experience on the water, Vlado is known for his professionalism, reliability, and calm leadership. His top priority is ensuring that every guest feels comfortable, safe, and truly enjoys their time on board. For him, the greatest reward is seeing guests leave the yacht with unforgettable memories and the feeling that they have experienced their dream vacation.
Fluent in English, Vlado communicates easily with international guests and is always happy to share his knowledge of the sea and local destinations.
Outside the charter season, Vlado enjoys spending quality time with his family while preparing the yacht for the upcoming season. His love for the sea continues year-round through one of his favorite hobbies—fishing.

Born on January 7th, 1981, Milan Đoković—known as “Đoker”—is a passionate chef who has been working professionally in the culinary world since 2010. Although he originally completed aeronautical high school and later studied mechanical engineering, his true calling led him to gastronomy after working in a pizzeria during his student years.
Eager to perfect his craft, Milan continued his culinary education through prestigious MasterClass programs with Gordon Ramsay and Jean-Pierre, constantly developing new techniques and flavors.
Fluent in English, Milan is known for his creativity and dedication to cooking, always learning and exploring new recipes. Before becoming a chef, he was also a professional guitarist, and in his free time, he enjoys music, flying, and experimenting with food. During winter he especially enjoys preparing traditional dishes outdoors, such as roasting pork or lamb over an open fire.

Born on August 10th, 1997, Josip Lovrić is a dedicated seafarer with a strong passion for life on the water. He completed his education as a Hotel and Tourism Commercialist and has built valuable experience at sea over the years.
Before joining the crew, Josip spent seven seasons working as a skipper on sailing yachts and catamarans, gaining extensive knowledge of navigation, guest care, and vessel handling. This season marks his first experience working aboard this type of yacht, where he brings both professionalism and enthusiasm to the team.
Fluent in English, Josip particularly enjoys meeting new people and ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience on board. In addition to his work with guests, he is also skilled in vessel maintenance and servicing.
In his free time, Josip enjoys sailing and staying active around the sea. During the winter months, he focuses on maintaining and repairing boats, continuing to develop his technical skills and connection to maritime life.

Born on February 19th, 2005, Adriano Radić—known as “Frzo”—is a motivated young crew member who brings positive energy and enthusiasm to the team. He completed his education at the Transport and Technical School in Šibenik and is now in his second season working at sea.
Before joining the yachting industry, Adriano also gained experience in hospitality, which helped him develop strong communication and service skills. Fluent in English, he especially enjoys meeting new people and working closely with guests to ensure they have an enjoyable time on board.
In his free time, Adriano likes to relax by playing darts and fishing, activities that keep him connected to the sea even outside of work.

Born on May 12th, 1992, Aleksandar Miletić—known as Aca—is an experienced steward who has been working in hospitality since 2014. Although he completed a Chemical-Technological high school and initially worked in the chemical industry, he discovered his true passion in working with people and providing excellent service.
Fluent in English, Aca is known for his friendly personality and strong communication skills. What he enjoys most about his work is interacting with guests and ensuring they feel comfortable, welcome, and well cared for throughout their stay on board.
Outside of work, Aca has a creative side and enjoys painting and making handmade crafts. During the winter months, he continues working in hospitality venues, further developing his service skills and experience.
