Triwing Endor has a rotational crew with two captains: Philip Bienz and Josip Žanko. Josip will be the captain from June to August, and Philip will take over from August onwards. Philip and Josip know each other well and have worked together before. Philip delivered the yacht to Croatia and, together with Josip, prepared her for the charter season. They have already started the season successfully.

Having transitioned from high-level technical charter maintenance to professional skippering, Josip possesses a rare and invaluable skill set: he understands yachts inside and out. Chef Dorian brings over 15 years of experience from Croatian restaurants, fine bistros, and Michelin-starred establishments, where he worked alongside some of the country’s most renowned chefs. After moving to the intimate setting of luxury catamarans and high-end villas, he focused on providing a deeply personal culinary experience.
Because he enjoys direct contact with his guests, Dorian specializes in a "menu in the moment" approach. His dishes are intuitively created based on your personal tastes and the finest local ingredients available each day. By sourcing from local markets and foraging along the coast, he ensures that every meal is a genuine reflection of the region and your journey.
