He holds the necessary Yacht Master degree and plans to stay with Acapella for the foreseeable future, indicating commitement and stability to the vessel. Tomislav Glunčić, the First Officer, is the indispensable co-pilot in the dynamic Glunčić duo, bringing 17 years of hands-on charter experience from the Gulet Andeo. His commitment to the maritime profession is formalized by his graduation from Maritime High School and his Yacht Master certificate. Tomislav’s expertise in sailing and dedication to customer service is complemented by a noted positive nature, which is key to maintaining the welcoming atmosphere on board. Andrija Kacunko is a highly skilled Chef with over 15 years of hospitality experience. A graduate of the Tourist and Hospitality School in Split, his professional background includes advanced training in modern Mediterranean cuisine and internships at Michelin-starred restaurants such as Strelec and Dubravkin Put. Fluent in English, Andrija excels in high-level communication and team leadership, consistently focusing on delivering "value for money" through a professional and disciplined approach to service. Specializing in Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist, his culinary style emphasizes premium, natural ingredients that are minimally yet precisely processed to retain their authentic character. She is highly perceptive and socially aware, understanding the need for
flawless communication between guests and crew. Gabrijela is proficient in English and Italian. She actively seeks to advance and refine her skills within the yachting industry, guaranteeing a focused and dedicated approach to hospitality and meeting guests' needs.
Ivana Krajina
Ivana is a highly dedicated Stewardess who discovered her passion after formally pursuing Maritime Studies and Yacht Management. Her foundational experience includes two years working at Kamenar restaurant in Primošten, where she developed expertise in fine dining, wine service, and high standards of guest interaction. Having completed professional stewardess training, Ivana is defined by her genuine commitment to hospitality. She speaks German and understands Italian and Spanish, enabling flawless communication with international
clientele. Ivana is a friendly yet highly professional individual whose hard work and positive attitude have consistently provided exceptional care for ACAPELLA guests for many years.

Ana is a highly dedicated Stewardess who has been an active member of the maritime industry since 2017, with a professional background in Accounting and Finance. Stipe Babic
Stipe was born in Switzerland, where he spent his childhood, and he continued his higher education in Croatia, qualifying in Construction and Surveying. Stipe worked for 6 years in his former profession before a new challenge and adventure called him - acareer at sea.
Stipe has always loved the sea, adventure, and travel - and working on a yacht provides all of this. Over the last 8 years, Stipe has built a
respectable reputation in the yachting industry, and his long-term goal is to become a Captain one day. Stipe is hard-working, knowledgeable, and contributes to the positive atmosphere aboard with his team spirit and personality. With Stipe, the comfort and safety of the guests always come first.
Matko Jelovic
Matko is deckhand who is concurrently studying at the Faculty of Traffic Sciences in Zagreb. He combines his studies with several years of experience gained within the hospitality industry. His career focus shifted to the maritime sector after a short, influential period working on a
motorsailer, where he developed an immediate dedication to deck operations. Matko is a hardworking, reliable, and communicative individual who is highly motivated to acquire new skills and knowledge in the yachting industry. He contributes to the Acapella crew with his diligence and strong commitment to delivering excellent service to guests.
