Charter rates 2026: Charter rates: High Season 30.000/week plus VAT 13% plus APA Euro:14.000,00 Low Season 26.000/week plus VAT 13% plus A.P.A Euro:14.000,00 High Season:01st July 2026 - 15th September 2026 Low Season: Rest months *VAT rate is determined by applicable tax legislation and may be subject to change without prior notice or responsibility on the Broker, the Stakeholder or the Owner. Should any changes in applicable tax legislation take place after the issuance of a charter agreement resulting in changes in total amount(s) due then the difference will be credited or debited accordingly to the Charterer. EXTRA Operational Expenses referring as APA* will be approx. Euro15.000,00 for M/Y Elena. (*A.P.A.=ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE is the amount intended to cover initial operational expenses for fuel, food supplies and any other incidental expenses which are described in detail hereunder) The APA is not to be considered as a final estimation of the yachts expenses as this depends on the itinerary, the fuel price at the time of charter and the provisioning. The APA is to be considered an initial amount sent to cover initial expenses such as listed below. Fuel consumption for running the engine and the generator (depending on fuel rate and cruising hours) Gasoline and lubricants for the use of the tender Food - Drinks and spirits as per super market receipts Marinas' fees Agent/Marina fees abroad (if applicable) Gratuities to the crew is customary (10%-15% of the charter rate) and it always depends on the clients’ satisfaction. APA PROCEDURE For the operational expenses clients should pay, prior to embarkation the amount of the A.P.A. (Advance Provisioning Allowance) (fuel for the engine and gasoline for the use of the tender & water toys, food, drinks, delivery, redelivery fees, Corinth Canal Fees if crossed etc). The amount will be handed over to the Captain in order to supply the yacht with provisions, prior to clients' arrival and cover expenses, which will be paid by the Captain during the charter. Final calculations will be made at the end of the charter, with as many supporting receipts and invoices as possible. In case the already given amount appears to be insufficient, the Captain or Broker will advise the client accordingly in order to settle the balance of the expenses. In the contrary case, client will be refunded with any remaining balance. Note:Due to the current situation with fuel prices rising please inform guests that the 40% APA will not be enough to cover all expenses during the charter.     Stelios Pantazopoulos

CAPTAIN: STELIOS PANTAZOPOULOS

AGE:40

Captain Stelios graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Preveza. He is an experienced maritime professional with over 18 of experience years. Throughout his career on commercial vessels he has navigated global itineraries across diverse sea conditions continually refining his navigation skills and knowledge. Additionally he has developed extensive expertise in all aspects of safety , security and has overseen vessel maintenance projects. In May 2019 he took the role of second officer on a 70 meter yacht navigating the Mediterranean. In April 2021 he advanced to the position of Chief Officer on M/Y Serenity a 72 meter yacht. From year 2023 and onwards he has worked as a Captain on charter yachts ranging from 21 meters to 32 meters cruising Greece. Captain Stelios joined M/Y Elena’s team in early 2026 he speaks English and likes spending his free time reading books, travelling , playing football and basketball and fishing.

MECHANIC: GIORGOS PAPADOPOULOS

AGE: 42
Giorgos has been the mechanic on board M/Y Elena for the last 12 years. He has a very wide knowledge of all technical issues and keeps the yacht very well maintained. Giorgos is also the one who will drive the tender when the clients want to waterski or ride on the tubes. Giorgos has a sweet character and a good sense of humour but is always thorough with his work. In his free time he likes going sailing and looking after his olives and vines.

YACHT OPERATION MANAGER : APOSTOLIS PAPADOPOULOS

AGE: 72
Captain “Tolis” as he is known, graduated from the Greek Marine Academy and also from the Nautical College of Southampton England. In his early carrier he worked on Greek flagged tanker ships all over the world. In 1992 he took the post of Captain of M/Y Elena and has been part of the team since then. He now holds the place of Yacht Operations Manager and he makes sure that everything runs smoothly on-board ensuring guests satisfaction. His vast knowledge and experience of the Greek waters enables him to suggest the best places for the passengers to visit, picking out small coves and nice swim areas for them. He is the “organizer” of MY Elena and makes sure that everything goes to plan. He speaks English and has a very warm and friendly character. He likes to spend his free time in his village with his two dogs tending to his olives and reading history books .

COOK: KYRIAKOS KAROUSIS

AGE: 62
Kyriakos has graduated from the Athens Cook school and has acquired a vast experience as a cook during his career. Before joining M/Y Elena he worked as a chef in 5 star hotels in Athens, later on he joined the yachting industry adding many years of cooking on yachts. Whereas during the winter months he works as a private cook in villas. Kyriakos joined M/Y Elena in 2019 and has been the cook on board this yacht since. He specializes in Greek cuisine and keeps his guests extremely happy with offering them all kinds of Greek specialties.
HOSTESS A: IRYNA KOROTCHENKOVA

AGE: 44

Iryna was born in Ukraine and holds full diplomas of the stewardess school in Ukraine. She initially worked in a bank by tired from her banking career decided to change course and train as a hostess for charter yachts. Iryna speaks Ukrainian , Russian and English .She joined M/Y Elena’s team in early 2026 . She has a lovely nature, very kind and well-spoken and always on duty to tend to the clients’ needs.

HOSTESS B: ZOI STEFANOPOULOU

AGE:35

Zoi has attended the safety courses in the Maritime School of Aspropyrgos and has been working as a hostess on board M/Y Elena for the last 3 years . She has a sweet nature and makes sure the yacht is always in top condition and the guests happy.

DECKHAND: ALEXANDROS ORFANOS

AGE: 20
Alexandros is the youngest of the team and joined M/Y Elena in 2024 He is the deckhand on board always keeping the yacht ready for the clients. Alexandros is always there to greet the guests with a warm smile and assist wherever is needed. He is a fluent English speaker , Russian speaker and also Greek which is his first language.
