Coming from a seafaring family in Zagreb, he developed a passion for the sea early in life, obtaining his first boat leader license at the age of 15. Before transitioning fully into the maritime industry, Marko worked in IT, where sailing remained a strong personal passion.
Over the past several years, he has built extensive professional experience as a skipper and captain, working across Croatia and internationally. He has worked with major charters in Croatia. Internationally, he spent two seasons in the British Virgin Islands, handling bareboat charters, yacht briefings, and technical interventions. Marko served as Captain on the aluminium sailing yacht S/Y Songbird of London (Nordsee 88) between 2019 and 2020, operating in Croatia and Montenegro. In 2022, he was Captain on the luxury motor yacht M/Y Dominator 88 “Vellmari”. Since 2023, he has been working as a freelance skipper and captain. His navigation experience spans the Adriatic, Mediterranean, Ionian Sea, Bay of Biscay, Atlantic routes including the Azores, Canary Islands, Cape Verde, and the Caribbean.
He is known for his adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and strong communication with guests and crew, consistently delivering safe and memorable yachting experiences.

Windsurfing, cycling, snowboarding, cooking, and fishing. Marko also enjoys exploring remote islands and spending time in nature, combining adventure with his passion for the sea.
She grew up on the Croatian coast and developed a strong connection with the sea from an early age. Working in hospitality and the culinary field since the age of 17, she built a solid professional foundation before entering the yachting industry.
With four seasons of experience on board and a fifth upcoming, she has worked on vessels of different sizes, gaining strong practical experience in a dynamic onboard environment. Her background as a professional chef allows her to combine high-quality meal preparation with attentive guest service while working efficiently in the limited space of a boat galley.
She has experience working as a sole stewardess/cook, managing provisioning, menu planning, and guest preference lists while maintaining the interior to a high standard. Reliable, positive, and approachable, she is known for her strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to create a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere for guests on board.
· Holder of a B Maritime Licence
· 4 seasons of experience onboard vessels as Cook / Hostess, responsible for meal preparation, guest service, interior upkeep, and overall guest comfort
· Strong culinary background with professional kitchen experience since the age of 17, including a Certified Master Cook qualification (Hrvatska obrtnička komora)
· Experienced in menu planning, provisioning, and managing guest preference lists to deliver personalized onboard dining experiences
· Skilled in working efficiently in limited galley space, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and table service
· Ability to work independently as sole crew, with strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced charter environment
· Pedagogical certification and teaching experience in culinary education, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management and experience working with international guests
