Marko grew up in Croatia, along the Adriatic coast, and has always maintained a profound passion for
the sea and sailing. He earned his Yachtmaster certification early and has been in the industry ever
since, accumulating over 10 years of professional experience working on luxury vessels. Marko is
highly valued for his calm demeanor under pressure, exceptional navigational skills, and keen attention to detail. His extensive experience encompasses managing private luxury catamarans, bareboat
charters across the Mediterranean and Caribbean, and even complex Atlantic crossings.
- Expertise in navigating and handling sailing yachts and catamarans up to 60 feet, including motorboats
- Passion for water sports and diving (Open Water Diver, PADI)
- STCW certificates (D2 - Basic Safety Training) and First Aid certified
- Fluent in English and Croatian, with basic proficiency in French
When he is not at the helm, Marko maintains an active lifestyle. He enjoys swimming, running, hiking,
and exploring hidden bays and remote islands. He is also interested in cooking, reading, and music.
“Being on the water has always been my passion. There is something magical about the sea that I get
to share with our guests. Whether it’s guiding them to a secluded bay or ensuring they enjoy unforgettable sunsets, I love making their yachting experience truly unique and luxurious.
Ana grew up in Slavonia, northeastern Croatia, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics. Although
her studies led her toward business, her true passion was always the sea. In 2022, she began her
career as a yacht stewardess and has since gained four seasons of experience on sailing yachts,
catamarans, and motor yachts, working with both private owners and charter guests. Known for her
warm smile and calm, professional presence, Ana creates a welcoming atmosphere on board, ensuring guests feel relaxed and well cared for throughout their stay.

bistro bars, and hotels.

In her free time, Ana enjoys reading, listening to music, and exploring new destinations. She loves
staying active in nature, especially rollerblading and running. Pilates and mindful breathing are part of
her routine, helping her stay balanced and energized. Swimming in the sea is her greatest joy. She
also has a passion for photography and deeply values spending quality time with friends and family.

the beauty of the Croatian coastline. Preparing and serving meals that bring everyone together is
something I truly enjoy, as I believe the best moments are often shared around the table.
