Stefanos has been sailing in the Aegean for as long as he can remember. Growing up in cosmopolitan Santorini, he was surrounded by sea sports and outdoor activities, which helped shape his outgoing and friendly personality. He knows the Cyclades like the back of his hand. Since 2014, Stefanos has worked as a full-time skipper, safely commanding sailing yachts up to 65 feet, both private and professional. He brings extensive experience from yacht charters throughout the Mediterranean, as well as long-distance yacht deliveries from Bordeaux to Athens and across Greece. Creative, self-motivated, and well-organized, Stefanos is known for staying calm under pressure and approaching challenges with a clear, practical mindset. He has strong communication skills and enjoys working as part of a team. Season 2026 will be his second year onboard POSEIRA. During his free time, you’ll find him sailing, surfing, free diving, snowboarding, or cycling. Passionate and dedicated to offering an exceptional sailing experience, Stefanos will make sure your vacation is truly unforgettable.
Dimitris is born in 1996 and since a young age he has a passion for the sea and culinary art. Throughout his culinary journey, he has experience in various kitchens, mastering diverse cuisines and cooking techniques. As a chef, he understands the importance of adapting to different environments and working in sociable conditions. He is well-versed in menu planning, highlighting local products and preparing meals that not only satisfy the palate but also showcases an experience of the mediterranean cuisine. He is committed to upholding the highest standards of hygiene, adapting to all menu preferences, and ensuring that every meal is not only delicious but also prepared with the utmost care and attention to detail. Beyond his culinary skills, he is a team player, friendly and passionate who thrives in dynamic environments and will go above and beyond to ensure a remarkable journey for everyone.
Konstantinos, 23 years old, was born in Athens and has been drawn to the sea from a very young age. His passion naturally led him into a career as a deckhand, where his strong work ethic and positive attitude quickly made him a valued team member. Season 2026 marks his second year onboard POSEIRA, where he continues to support both deck and interior operations with enthusiasm and reliability. Energetic and always ready to lend a hand, Konstantinos is especially at home on the water. He loves all watersports and is always happy to assist guests with activities and equipment. In his free time, he enjoys surfing, wing foiling, cycling, and traveling.
