Alongside his culinary expertise, he has solid experience in logistics, cost control, sourcing, and managing multicultural teams, allowing him to run an efficient and well-organised operation.
Professional, capable, and globally experienced, Marek combines creativity with structure in the kitchen. His mix of yacht-related training, hospitality leadership, and international exposure makes him well-suited to delivering a polished and memorable culinary experience on board.

Slayter is a hardworking and reliable deckhand with a strong practical background and a solid work ethic, developed through experience in yachting as well as hospitality, sales, construction, and signage. His experience includes deck maintenance, tender operations, mooring and anchoring support, guest visits, water sports assistance, teak care, washdowns, varnishing, and general upkeep. He has also taken on increased responsibility as the sole crew member onboard during winter periods, supporting maintenance coordination, hosting guests for visits, and managing day-to-day deck duties with confidence and professionalism.
With additional exposure to mechanical support, carpentry, electrical work, and shipyard tasks, Slayter brings a practical mindset and strong willingness to learn across different operational areas.
