Breakfast

A buffet breakfast is offered every morning with a wide and varied selection that is renewed daily. Among the options available include: eggs prepared to or order, selected hams, and local cheeses. Fresh breads daily -white and whole mean, (gluten-free if requested), and croissants. Sliced seasonal fruits,and berries, assorted cereals, yogurts, juices, freshly brewed coffee, teas and infusions. Sweet pastries and doughnuts. A selection of spreads cream cheese, Nutella, butters and homemade jams of different flavors. The menu is rounded out with bacon, sausages, pancakes and vegan options if required. Every guest will find something to their will find something to their liking.

Lunch

We start the experience on board with a lunch inspired by of the Balearic Islands. A creamy homemade potato tortilla, a selection of traditional Spanish tapas, among which stand out the Iberian acorn-fed ham, Mallorcan sobrasada, curd cheese sobrasada, cured Mahón cheese and a variety of local olives.

Dessert

Tasting of Mallorcan sweets, made with traditional recipes that made with traditional recipes that celebrate the island's celebrate the gastronomic heritage of the island.

Starter

Tartar of ripe fresh tomatoes, dellicately seasoned with extra vigin olive oil, a touch of lemon, and fresh basil-accompanied by avocado foam and toasted seeds.

Maricel Aguilar

Maricel, an adventurous Argentine and seasoned world traveler, brings eight years of experience in the yachting industry, paired with a lifelong passion for the sea. Her love for the ocean is matched by her enthusiasm for water sports, including surfing, kitesurfing, and diving, which add a dynamic and energetic touch to her maritime expertise.

In addition to her time on the water, Maricel’s extensive background in the hospitality industry spans multiple countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Andorra, and Ireland. Her global adventures have taken her to destinations like Thailand, the Philippines, Italy, and France, inspiring her to blend diverse culinary influences into her cooking. Yet, she always stays true to the Mediterranean flavors that define the region where she established her yachting career.

On board, Maricel combines her love for the sea, her culinary creativity, and her unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. Her goal is to craft unforgettable moments for every guest, delivering a unique and personalized charter experience where relaxation and enjoyment take center stage.

Diego Fiappi

Diego is a dedicated deckhand with a deep-rooted passion for the sea and strong experience in a variety of water sports. He actively enjoys swimming, windsurfing, and kayaking - pursuits that not only deepen his connection to the marine environment but also help him maintain peak physical fitness. His commitment to life at sea is reflected in a professional approach defined by enthusiasm, reliability, and a consistent focus on providing exceptional service on board.

Booked the MIO Barco for a week in June. We found the boat to be a good size for our family of 5 and in excellent condition. Guillermo and Maricel, the crew on board were absolutely amazing. Guillermo, as captain, was extremely accommodating to our schedule and was always clear to explain the weather conditions and the many options we had available to us. He was genuinely concerned about our comfort and safety. Maricel made sure we never waited for anything and usually never had to ask for a thing. She knew what we needed before we did and had it ready. We are a well traveled family who charter boats often and Guillermo and Maricel were absolutely the best crew we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Over all a great experience on MIO BARCO.

Italy

Four cruising grounds in one country — the Amalfi Coast, Sardinia & Corsica, Sicily and the Aeolian Islands, the Italian Riviera south to Tuscany. The hardest part of an Italy yacht charter is choosing which week to take first.

Amalfi Coast

Cliff-stacked villages and long lunches the tender reaches — the Italian summer the boat makes possible, anchored under the Faraglioni at sundowners and tied up in Amalfi by midnight.

Sicily & Aeolian Islands

Stromboli erupting off the anchorage at Panarea, the Greek theatre at Taormina with Etna smoking behind, and the Cappella Palatina at Palermo's Norman Palace — the Mediterranean's only active-volcano cruising ground and the Italian week most guests book the second time they come.

French Riviera

Monaco's Port Hercule, Cap Ferrat's villa coast, Cannes and Antibes in the central corridor, and Saint-Tropez at the west end. The French Riviera is the western Mediterranean's maximum-glamour yacht week: shorter passages, premium dockage, Michelin density, and the visible harbor theater guests are usually booking on purpose.

Italian Riviera & Tuscany

Portofino's harbor amphitheater, the Cinque Terre's cliff villages, Portovenere's painted waterfront, and the Tuscan islands south to Elba and Argentario. The quieter Italian week for guests who want village character, harbor restaurants, and lower-density anchorages without Amalfi's August intensity.

Sardinia & Corsica

Costa Smeralda granite coves and Bonifacio's white-cliff citadel six miles apart, the Strait between two islands cruised in a single afternoon — the Mediterranean the Italians and French keep mostly for themselves.

Balearic Islands

Mallorca's mountain coast on one side, Ibiza and Formentera's clearer water and sand-bottomed coves on the other, and the yacht-only Cabrera National Park between them — three weekly itineraries from Palma or Ibiza Town.
