Charis is a motivated and versatile Deck/Stew with a strong background in charter yachts, offshore sailing, and hospitality service across the Mediterranean. Combining solid seamanship with a naturally guest-oriented attitude, he is dedicated to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable onboard experience for guests while supporting all daily deck and interior operations. His experience includes navigation assistance, watchkeeping, mooring, tender handling, yacht maintenance, housekeeping, and guest care, making him a reliable all-round crew member adaptable to the fast-paced demands of charter life. Charis brings excellent communication skills, professionalism, and a high standard of service and attention to detail. Calm, hardworking, and team-oriented, he works well under pressure and contributes positively to onboard dynamics and guest satisfaction. Fluent in Greek and English, with additional knowledge of Spanish and Italian, he is confident interacting with international guests and multicultural crews alike.
