Certified in STCW Basic Safety Training, Offshore Sailing, and Speed Boat Handling, with hands-on experience in guest relations, F&B service, and sales within luxury resorts, restaurants, and cruise environments. Skilled in delivering exceptional guest experiences through professionalism, adaptability, and teamwork.
