Thank you for such a great week! The trip was perfect. The food was incredible and beautiful. The boys absolutely loved the eFoil board and it was so cool watching them learn it. Thanks also for the awesome videos. Those will be memories we cherish forever. You guys truly made us feel welcome. If you ever make it to Southern Georgia, please be our guest! Dear Liam and Kelsey, We have had such an amazing trip! Thank you for charting a course for 7 days absolute magic. The food was delicious and each day was new, unexpected, and even better than the last!

You took us to absolutely perfect snorkeling spots, and the kids (and us) will never forget diving and swimming with the sea turtles, manta rays, etc. We loved coming back on the boat after a day in the water to eat delicious food, drink a Liam Special concoction, and look through the books to see all of the fish we saw while underwater.

It was truly a memorable and one of a kind trip. Thank you!

This was truly a dream come true vacation! My 50th birthday trip could not have been more perfect! We didn't really know what to expect being that it was our first time on a week long catamaran trip but it exceeded any and all expectations. So many highlights for our family! 

Seeing dolphins, all the snorkeling, the exquisite secluded beaches, dancing at the Full Moon party, visiting our dear friends, Anegada, eFoiling, The Baths, back flips at Willy T's, the bubbly pool, and last but certainly not least, the incredibly delicious food by the very talented Chef Kelsey. Captain Liam, your barista and mixology skills were also very much appreciated! As well as the perfect itinerary you created that allowed us to see/do so much! We felt pampered the entire week so a heartfelt thank you to the both of you from the four of us for an unforgettable experience!

Liam and Kelsey, what an unforgettable week! So many highs throughout the week... from the snorkeling ever day, the empty beautiful beaches, the whale sighting!, the regatta, conch island, Soggy Dollar, The Baths, and the Murder Game. And the absolute best food we've ever had on any vacation ever! But the best was that you both were a part of this experience. We loved every minute because of the heart and love you put in to every single part of every day. We're leaving with 2 new friends! You know you have people to take care of you if you ever make it way up north to Wisconsin!

Thank you for a trip of a lifetime! You far exceeded our expectations - Kelsey the food was excellent!! You are a marvel in the kitchen! Love love everything from breakfast to dinner. Liam, thank you for the excellent itinerary and navigation. Every stop was incredible. Thank you also with your patience with all of us and the eFoil! We truly had a memorable, unforgettable trip!

First and foremost, I want to let you know that the trip was absolutely amazing. So much so, that we are considering a trip again next year.

Short of the weather (which is uncontrollable), the trip not only met, but exceeded our expectations. Captain Liam and Chef Kelsey were incredible. Both are truly professional and took special care of both their customers and the beautiful catamaran.

This was our first trip to the BVI and our first time chartering a boat for vacation. We all feel like this was a dream vacation and we have the two of you to thank for the experience. Kelsey, the meals were amazing, such varied menus and absolutely delicious. We especially loved the presentation - instagram worthy! Liam, your experience and knowledge of the seas, the destinations, and all the activities available to us made every day an adventure to remember. Thank your attentiveness and your hospitality! It sure is hard to leave this paradise, especially back to frigid Philadelphia! Thank you again!
 

It was the most amazing experience we have had. We have been raving about our crew and the amenities/food/experiences since returning. So much that we look forward to cruising in the future. 

Liam and Kelsey were the best hosts. Liam's insights to our daily needs/wants was on point and beyond expectations. Kelsey's cooking was absolutely 5 star. Kelsey culinary talent is 5 star. Her homemade sourdough bread, pita's were an unexpected delicacy. Her meals were thoughtfully planned and the presentations were exquisite. We have just as many picture's of our meals as we do locations! Her help as a deck hand was impressive. 

The service was above and beyond our expectations. The crew were extremely friendly and fun! Most of all they interacted with us in a way that we felt they were part of our
family. Liam went over-the-top to keep my 6 yr old grandson amazed with all the activities he could participate in and when he was too young to participate, Liam came up with alternatives that he fully enjoyed.

Liam & Kelsey, Thanks for an amazing week! We have been here twice before and always said we want to bring the grandkids when they're old enough to enjoy the trip fully. This was that trip! You two could not have made this trip more special for them and all the rest of us, we had never cruised with a chef before, and kelsey's meals were superb - healthy, clean, and very tasty! Liam proved to be a calm, instructive, and totally capable Captain. The kids loved the experience on Elysian and in the water. You two were like a new extension to our family. It was an unforgettable week! Whenever you are in SoCal, come see us!

Liam and Kelsey, Thank you so much for a great week! After so many visits to the BVIs y'all showed us some of our now favorite spots & kept it exciting for us. We appreciate all the work y'all did for us to have fun - paddle boarding, trying the eFoil, dinghying for snorkels - thank you for keeping up with us. We also loved every meal - we're definitely leaving with some extra lbs. We loved the short ribs, mediterranean food, and cheese cake. Thanks for making this a great week for us, we loved hanging out with y'all & having your expertise during this charter. Happy holidays!

What an amazing week we have had! After doing this trip many times bareboating with friends we are so happy to share this experience with our three children. We could not have chosen a better crew!

Liam’s experience and knowledge is incredible and made our week so much better than we could imagine!

Kelsey’s food was not only beautifully plated - every time, but the taste was delicious! So creative and unbelievable that you can create all of it on a boat! Thank you for accommodating our different likes!

This is our 3rd week spent on a boat in the Virgin Islands. As a result, I feel that we are in a good place to compare this trip to prior experiences. Thank you for your talent, your experience, your kindness, your friendship. Spending time on a boat for a week is an intimate experience. You guys are truly awesome. Liam’s sailing and boating skills were superb. Kelsey - your culinary talents are phenomenal. We even gave your names to people we met on Necker Island for a future visit to the BVI.

We are so fortunate to have gotten you guys as our crew. You helped turn a vacation into a life experience. We hope to travel with you guys again in the future!!!

With this being our first ever sailing experience, we weren’t sure what to expect but we now have a new standard for travel thanks to the dynamic duo - Liam and Kelsey!

Our time in the BVIs could not have gone any smoother without Liam’s expertise and knowledge of the region. We hiked, snorkeled with turtles, sting rays, and star fish, visited local beach bars, and relaxed in the Caribbean sun. We’re forever grateful and impressed by his drone footage and ability to maneuver through the crowds for the best anchor spot.

Chef Kelsey hit the ball out of the park with each and every meal that she made. She catered to each of our palates with ease. Olive oil and citrus cake, Mediterranean lamb and chicken, shakshuka, mahi tacos and peanut butter pie were among our favorites. The combination of flavors and textures showed her true skill and passion for crafting incredible meals.
Our only hope is that they visit us in Nevada to reciprocate their genuine hospitality while we were with them!
 

Wow! This vacation far exceeded our expectations! From Nicole’s incredible cooking to Jonah’s endless willingness to make it so fun for the kids, it was perfection. Every day was new and exciting! Y’all executed the tandem vacation perfectly. You two were voted best crew by the group! A few favorite memories from the Everetts:

The food, the playlists, the expert “captaining” - could not have been better. You two are A+!!

We just spent a week on the Elysian with Jonah and Nicole in the BVI. We are a family of four with two children – 12 and 16. The week surpassed all expectations and was frankly as good as it gets. The boat is in very good shape, well looked after and superbly kitted out in good taste and with great toys for both in (subwing, scooters etc.) and out (cinema screen etc.) of the water. However, a week on a boat is made or broken by the team onboard. Both Jonah and Nicole were faultless. Indeed, they are an amazing double act: professional and as engaged (or not) as we wanted them to be on our holiday. All-in great company. Jonah put great thought into where to dock each night, how to evade the weather and generally give us a great sailing experience. The food was also phenomenal and the possibly the highlight of the week. It did not stop coming, was always freshly made and no one meal was the same. Nicole has a real talent in the kitchen and somehow managed to provide for us despite the challenge of cooking in the galley and providing for our constantly ravenous children. I cannot recommend the two of them enough and we will certainly try to have another spell with them in the future. A lovely couple with an unusually professional attitude mixed with good charm and excellent humour.

Thank you for such a memorable, unique, relaxing trip. Everything was beyond amazing - the views, the delicious food, the Baths, paddle boarding, coffee walks on the white sand beaches, massages, bars, restaurants - literally everything was perfect. The greatest indulgence of all was SEVEN whole nights or blissful, uninterrupted SLEEP (+naps!). Although we missed our babies dearly, it was awesome to be able to get some much needed R&R. We can’t wait to bring the kids when they are older. This has been the trip of a lifetime! We are so grateful.

We had an amazing time with you this week. We wouldn’t have asked for a better crew. The for was amazing, and Nicole’s smile always brightened our day. Jonah - you were an amazing captain and we thank you for tolerating our kids! Best vacation ever.

What a fabulous week! Thank you, thank you so much for helping our family have an amazing Christmas week! Thank you for making every request seem like no big deal! You were both so friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating. Nicole, the food was phenomenal - you have definitely mastered your craft! Jonah, from bartender to barista to chauffeur, your skills are also excellent and we always felt safe. And you were great with the boys! Steve and I agree you are the best crew we’ve had in our 3 BVI expereiences!

As first timers, we weren’t sure what to expect from this experience, but our most far-fetched ideas were met and exceeded. Through whatever set of happenstances we landed here with you for one glorious week of perfect weather, perfect sailing and oh so perfect dining. Endless thanks for putting this vacation completely over the top. Congratulations on your upcoming wedding - we wish you great happiness in your future as we’ll always remember your part in celebrating our 40th.

We had an absolutely fabulous time on the Elysian with Orlagh and Cassie! Orlagh's knowledge of the area (including the history) was phenomenal which made for a lovely itinerary. Every place we stopped for the day/night had beautiful views, wonderful water activities, fun bars, and easy access to shore. The boat was very comfortable and both Cassie and Orlagh made it even more so with the hospitality they provided. Cassie's gluten free cuisine was the best that we've ever had. My daughter Stella, who has celiac disease, commented that this was the first time since she was diagnosed that she could sit down for every meal and not have to strategize around what she could or could not eat. The food was amazing!

Orlagh is the main reason I came back for a second week. She is the perfect blend of
professional and fun. She is incredibly knowledgeable regarding sailing and has unique and personal stories about everywhere we go and everything we see. She also knows how to have fun and gives the best recommendations on day activities we should participate in because she always has the best relationships with locals, and knows what fits for her guests. I could literally write about Orlagh singing her praises forever, but you get the gist.

She was so kind, helpful and even cleaned up, not leaving the chef having to do everything!

Orlah was everything I was hoping for and more!! She was super informative, kept us updated with activities and places to go. She sailed the boat beautifully and always offered up good vibes.

Orlagh was absolutely amazing!! She kept us safe and was always on top of the upcoming event information. She even took us to an extra little coral adventure. We had a blast hanging with her at the dinners. Thank you!! Would love to do a future week with Orlagh.

Orlagh was an amazing skipper, kept the yacht running smoothly and us in sync with the squad. Could not have asked for a better person to guide us through this journey!

We're having a great time. Our captain was tremendous. I wanted to mention to you that she was absolutely wonderful knowledgeable, and an excellent guide and teacher. Thank you again I just wanted to make sure that we let you know that we have the highest recommendations for our captain Orlagh!! Wonderful!!

Our skipper Orlagh was the absolute best! Not only did she make us feel safe and comfortable on the boat, but she helped to plan amazing day excursions and get us the best restaurant and club reservations. She made us laugh and brought positivity to our trip that was so beautiful and special.

Orlagh was the best, she made us feel welcome and was really friendly and professional. I couldn't imagine a better leader for our boat.

We truly enjoyed having Jacob Beman as our Captain during our charter in the BVI. Jacob was a true professional, and handled the catamaran with skill above and beyond what I have seen on other trips.

Jacob was always up early starting coffee and performing his captain duties, and he even helped our chef with some of the meals & her responsibilities.

He was well versed in first aid, as one day I had a small cut on my ankle and he cleaned and bandaged it for me. We were quite impressed during our trip because he always sailed using the sails vs. using the motor, which may have been because of the great weather we had, but regardless, we enjoyed our time on the yacht tremendously. 

Alex is a ridiculously good chef, and kept us on track and informed throughout our stay, and made every person on board feel special. She is an amazing person and part of an excellent overall team.

 

Jacob was happy to answer questions and teach those that wanted to learn more about sailing.

I was so impressed by his professionalism, knowledge of the islands, and basically everything about the water. Jacob was always smiling, and he knew just where to take us to snorkel and things to tell us to look out for.

He was happy to take us to the islands in the dingy, and really made our trip so special. We enjoyed having Jacob for our charter, he is quite an impressive captain. 

Alex was beyond words amazing!!

Besides being a phenomenal person, she is a gourmet chef!! She took incredible care of each one of us, prepared incredible meals, and made the entire experience perfection!!

She handled our every need, want and just made every moment fabulous!

 

There aren’t enough words to say how amazing Alex was! We wouldn’t recommend a yacht trip to anyone if Alex isn’t the chef.

I couldn’t believe how delicious all of the meals were. She made sure we were ready and on time for all events. I can’t imagine this trip without her!

Jacob is professional, smart, kind, witty and I highly recommend him without hesitation.

I would not hesitate to charter with this team again, and I plan to next year!!

"This trip was a family vacation to celebrate Cam's graduation. He picked it and we were so excited to experience "salt life" for the first time! What an unbelievable trip! We were spoiled from the moment we got onboard until the last minute. Alex's food is 1st class on every level- presentation, variety, and most of all TASTE! we cheered everytime she announced that a meal was ready (and took pictures of everything)! Captain Jacob was the best captain in the BVI USVI and beyond! He had mad skills as a captain and led us onshore to some superb spots for viewing and drinking. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Alex and Jacob , they are true professionals. Alex and Jacob made this trip EXCEPTIONAL and we feel so lucky to be in their care for the best 8days. Reality will be tough to return to after this dreamy, scenic, gourmet and laughter filled trip."
