He also has yachting experience as a deckhand, assisting with yacht maintenance, cleaning, polishing and teak restoration. His background in front of house roles and competitive rowing has helped him develop welcoming people skills, discipline and teamwork.

Job Description

As Chef, Corentin is responsible for preparing meals for guests and crew to a high standard. He manages provisioning, food inventory, menu planning and dietary requirements.
