CAPTAIN- PEDRO RAPOSO- PORTUGEUSE

Captain Pedro grew up surrounded by the ocean, which naturally led him into a life at sea and a long-standing career in yachting. With over a decade of experience sailing classic and modern yachts across the Mediterranean, Atlantic, and Caribbean, he brings a calm, capable, and hands-on approach to every charter. Known for his easygoing personality and strong leadership, Pedro ensures guests feel both relaxed and well taken care of on board. When he’s off duty, he enjoys staying active outdoors, spending time on the water, and taking on hands-on projects that keep him learning and busy.

CHIEF STEWARDESS- ROASSANA ALMEIDA- PORTUGEUSE

Originally from Portugal, Rossana began her yachting career sailing around the Azores on smaller sailing yachts, quickly discovering a passion for life at sea and guest service. She has now been working in the industry for over six years, gaining solid experience as a stewardess on both private and charter sailing yachts. Known for her strong interior standards and calm, friendly approach with guests, Rossana is a reliable and adaptable presence on board. When she’s not working, she enjoys staying active outdoors—surfing, wakeboarding, kayaking, snorkeling, and spending as much time as possible in nature and around the water.

MATE- JOAO SILVA- PORTUGESE

João is a seasoned deckhand with a deep-rooted passion for the sea, honed through years of sailing, coaching, and yacht service. With extensive experience on sailing catamarans and classic yachts, João has sailed across the Mediterranean. João’s leadership is inspired by his earlier initiative, sailing the Azores to help recovering addicts, showcasing his commitment to both teamwork and community. He is addicted to the salt water and enjoys any and all water sports including sailing, surfing, diving, and even kite surfing, which he is a certified kitesurfing instructor. Joao ensures to make all the activities worth while on NDS Evolution.

CHEF- LUCA HEIERLI- SWISS/SOUTH AFRICAN

Chef Luca brings a well-rounded background shaped by years of life at sea, with roots in Europe and Southern Africa subtly influencing his style. After building a solid foundation on deck and in guest service, his growing passion for food naturally led him into the galley, where he now focuses on delivering fresh, thoughtful meals tailored to the charter experience.

With hands-on culinary training and extensive yachting experience across both sailing and motor yachts, Luco is known for his adaptability, calm presence, and attention to detail. When he’s off duty, you’ll likely find him surfing, diving, climbing, or experimenting with new recipes—always driven by curiosity, both on the water and in the kitchen.
