In 2020, Alexandre pursued his lifelong dream of becoming a captain, earning his license and building extensive experience at sea. As a delivery captain for Marine 360, he logged countless nautical miles and mastered a variety of vessels, cementing his reputation as a versatile and skilled professional.

Now proudly at the helm of Serenity, Captain Alex combines his vast maritime expertise with a passion for delivering unforgettable charter experiences. His insider knowledge of the best hidden gems and must-visit spots, paired with his enthusiasm for all water sports, ensures guests enjoy an adventure like no other. With Captain Alex leading the way, every moment aboard Serenity is filled with excitement, relaxation, and the magic of the ocean.

Manon Tremblier is renowned for her French-Caribbean fusion cuisine. Her passion for the ocean and seafood has brought her to pursue a career as Chef aboard Serenity. Guests rave about her culinary artistry, with one guest exclaiming, “It was as if we were dining in a Michelin-star restaurant every night. Every meal was spectacular.”

Manon loves to travel and has refined her skills working in France, Scotland, Canada and now the Bahamas. Originally from France, she holds a Bachelor's degree in Restaurant Management from the world-renowned Institut Paul Bocuse. Her passion for blending classic French gastronomy with tropical Caribbean flavors will take your taste buds on an unforgettable journey.

First Mate/Stewardess Jade Lessard

Jade is the third member of the crew, bringing warmth, professionalism, and a deep passion for the ocean to every charter. Her love for marine life began in childhood, growing up on lakes and boats while navigating between Quebec, Florida, and the Bahamas with her family. Today, she’s a certified sailor with formal training in marine safety, ensuring she works confidently and securely on board.

A biologist, Dive Master, freediver, and certified yoga instructor, Jade is fascinated by life both above and below the surface. She spends much of her time in the water with guests—guiding snorkeling adventures, spotting marine life, assisting with fishing, or simply sharing the beauty of a vibrant reef. Her trained eye and knowledge of local ecosystems turn every encounter into something meaningful and memorable.

(Whether it’s a relaxed swim, an exciting underwater exploration, or a peaceful yoga session on deck, Jade ensures every activity is safe, engaging, and tailored to each guest’s comfort.)
