Relocation Fees + 14% Tax
Relocation fees must be confirmed prior to booking
• Nassau – No relocation fee
• Staniel Cay – $1,500 one-way – $3,000 round-trip (48hrs required on either side of Staniel)
• Abacos – $4,000 round-trip (96hrs required on either side)
• Georgetown – $2,500 one-way – $5,000 round-trip (96 hours required on either side)

All Rates are PLUS 4% Foreign Charter Tax and 10% Bahamian VAT

For 6 night charters, divide weekly rate by 7 nights X 6 nights. For 5 nights or less, divide weekly rate by 6 nights X number of nights.

HALF-BOARD: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 4 lunches & 3 dinners. Requires 3 lunches & 4 dinners ashore at client expense. $150 off per person

LOCAL FARE: Includes: 7 breakfasts, 5 lunches & 6 dinners. Requires 2 lunches and 1 dinner ashore at client expense. $75 off per person

CHRISTMAS 2026: 2-6 guests @ $32,500 - charter must end by 12/27
NEW YEARS 26/27: 2-6 guests @ $37,500 - charter may not start prior to 12/28

Yacht is based in Nassau with Exumas Itineraries. Inquire for one ways, Staniel Cay, or Georgetown pick up/drop offs.
Preferred marina in Nassau is Palm Cay Marina.

A 7 night minimum is required for itineraries to include Staniel Cay

6 Night Turnaround - Shroud Cay

● New Winter Season Rates begin when the new seasons starts on November 1 each year.

● Tip: It is customary to tip your crew at the end of your charter. The amount you leave is totally at your discretion and should be based on the level of service provided. The suggested gratuity is 15%-20% of the total charter fee.

● CONTRACT SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
1. The charter contract includes taxes, fees, permits and/or National Park fees and/or Customs and Immigration fees.
2. Onboard Wifi is included, however data rates cannot be guaranteed since the yacht is moving and on the ocean.
3. Should the Charterer have any complaints about the Yacht or the Crew they shall notify the captain in the first instance and, if the matter is not resolved within 12 hours, shall notify the Owner in writing through the Broker as soon as possible, who shall try to remedy the matter, the owner shall have no liability whatsoever in respect of any complaints which the Owner has not been notified within 48 hrs of the occurrence of the circumstances giving rise to the complaint.
4. Travel insurance and Cancellation/Curtailment insurance is highly recommended and should be sourced by the Charterer.
5. Crew gratuity (customary 15 - 20% of the Charter Fee for great service) is additional and at the CHARTERER's discretion. This gratuity should be given at the end of the Charter Period and prior to disembarking the Yacht.
6. Although every effort will be made to maintain the same crew throughout the season, with any crewed Yacht there is the possibility of a Crew change in the lead up to the Charter Period.
7. Any tandem charter involving multiple yachts requires the guests that paid for a specific yacht and are on that yachts manifest to be the only guests on that yacht during meal services, while underway, and overnight sleeping. This is due to safety and maritime requirements.
