Captain André van der Linde grew up on the water in South Africa and has spent more than a decade building an impressive career across the global yachting industry. Holding both OOW 3000GT and Yachtmaster Offshore certifications, André brings extensive experience in yacht operations, vessel management, crew leadership, owner relations, and offshore passagemaking. Most recently, André managed a large fleet of Bali catamarans in the Bahamas, overseeing daily charter operations, crew management, vessel maintenance, owner services, and yacht deliveries. His background also includes service aboard luxury private and charter yachts throughout the Caribbean, Bahamas, Mediterranean, and U.S. East Coast. Known for his calm leadership, professionalism, and passion for creating exceptional guest experiences, André enjoys sharing his extensive knowledge of boating, sailing, and island life with guests while ensuring every charter is seamless, safe, and unforgettable.

Chef Bryan Rivas is a Le Cordon Bleu–trained executive chef whose cuisine reflects both technical precision and bold, globally inspired flavor. Born and raised in Miami to a Cuban and Colombian family, his cooking is rooted in vibrant tradition while shaped by years of experience across luxury yachts, high-end restaurants, and private culinary environments. Whether preparing an elegant multi-course dinner or a relaxed beachside lunch, Bryan brings a refined, guest-focused approach to every plate. With extensive experience as a solo yacht chef on vessels up to 116 feet, Bryan is highly skilled in delivering seamless, end-to-end culinary experiences—from personalized menu design and provisioning to flawless execution and presentation. His style blends Mediterranean, Asian, Latin, and modern American influences, resulting in menus that feel fresh, dynamic, and perfectly tailored to each charter. He intuitively adapts to guest preferences and dietary needs, creating meals that are not only beautiful, but memorable.
