    Scored calamari lightly tossed with sea salt, pepper and
    spiced flour. Fried and served with home made remoulade.

    Served with rucola, wild capers and aged parmesan shavings.

    Vine ripe tomatoes, cucumber, wild capers, Spanish onion,
    bell peppers, whole wheat croutons and feta cheese tossed
    with extra virgin olive oil.

    Seasomal greens, frisse and radicchio, tossed with julienne
    carrots, celery, radish, green apple, and fennel in our home
    made citrus and honey dressing.
    Mozzarella & Prosciutto
    Slices of vine ripe tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella served with

His extensive certifications—including advanced safety, ship security, and medical care—ensure top-tier leadership and operational excellence at sea. Known for his professionalism, reliability, and warm demeanor, he consistently provides an exceptional experience for passengers, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey.

Class B’ Marine Engineer with solid experience on LNG carriers, having served as Second and Third Engineer. Strong technical background in engine room operations, maintenance, generators, and pump systems, with extensive hands-on experience in high-standard maritime environments.
Fluent in English and a native Greek speaker, Alexandros is highly organized, safety-focused, and adaptable under pressure. Holds a wide range of STCW and specialized LNG certifications, along with advanced technical training in engine systems, fuel management, and environmental protection.
Now seeking to transition into the yachting industry as a Yacht Engineer, bringing professionalism, reliability, and a strong work ethic.

Skilled in menu planning, provisioning, budgeting, and team training, Konstantinos specializes in creating refined, visually appealing dishes tailored to guest preferences. His recent experience includes working as a Chef on sailing and catamaran yachts, demonstrating adaptability and excellence in dynamic onboard environments.
Fluent in English, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences at sea..

Nelson comes from the Philippines, where he grew up. He is a strong communicator with an outgoing yet mature personality, and a good sense of humor that makes him a valuable and successful team member. His love for the ocean and passion for travel led him to join the yachting industry. With over 5 years of experience as a Deckhand, Nelson has gained skills not only in deck operations but also in interior duties, including housekeeping and service. Always eager to go the extra mile, Nelson is dedicated to ensuring that guests have a memorable time onboard M/Y ESTIA YI.
