    Prepared from scratch in the galley and inspired by a lifetime of international travel and family culinary tradition, Chef Fabiola’s dishes comprise the freshest local ingredients in the area. A full menu of vegetarian options is always available, and most dietary preferences and restrictions can be accommodated with sufficient notice.

    Luna’s menu is tailored for each trip. The following menu is a a sample of the kind of gourmet fare you can expect to enjoy during your island adventure.

     

    BREAKFAST

    Breakfast is served with your choice of juice, tea, coffee, espresso or cappuccino from our professional espresso machine and a fresh fruit platter.

    The Bar

    A full bar of mixed drinks, select beer, and Luna’s signature cocktail are available all day for your enjoyment, as are juices, coffee, tea, and sodas.

    Spirit selections include Tito’s Handmade vodka, Tanqueray gin, Milagro tequila, Bulleit bourbon, Cruzan rum, and a variety of other liquors and liqueurs. Red and white wines are paired with dinner. 

    Please let us know about your favorite and preferred brands—or any premium wines, champagnes or spirits not listed above—and we will be happy to source them for you as an addition to the charter.

    Captain Nim is a US Coast Guard certified captain and an experienced PADI Divemaster. He has sailed extensively throughout the Caribbean– the Bahamas, Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos and several areas of the world’s other great waters- including the Mediterranean, Aegean, Adriatic, and the Andaman Sea, through the Suez Canal and across the Atlantic Ocean from Europe to the U.S.

    Nim is a former information technology executive and Israeli Air Force combat veteran. He began sailing the Mediterranean at age 12, became certified in open water scuba diving while a teenager and divemaster not long afterward. Nim is an award-winning mixologist. He has endless stories and is naturally hospitable and welcoming. He is fluent in English and Hebrew and can nod and understand more Spanish than he will admit to.

    Chef/First Mate Fabiola, award-winning chef at the Virgin Islands Yacht Show Culinary Competition, is an Island girl with a European heritage who literally grew up on sailboats. She has undergraduate and graduate degrees in business and worked for many years in Wealth Management before moving full time to life at sea.

    Fabiola's love of food and creative cuisine began early, raised in a family of amazing cooks, she received as a gift her first cookbook at the age of eight and has had a fascination with delicious food ever since. She has successfully catered high-end parties and corporate events. She also has training in all aspects of food safety and hygiene.

    Chef Fabiola enjoys combining healthy fresh local ingredients with international dishes learnt from a life well-traveled and experience of other cultures. Her delicious recipes have been featured in several magazines. Fabiola delights in tailoring the menu and creating special moments for each group of guests aboard. She is an expert at creating the perfect atmosphere for guests onboard Luna. Fabiola is fluent in English and Spanish and is a USCG Master Captain.

    Together, they bought Luna and are ready to host you in the adventure of your lifetime!

We highly recommend this amazing adventure aboard Luna, which exceeded our expectations in early 2023! Fabi spoiled our group with delicious, healthy, and beautiful meals and appetizers, and we had a blast guessing the beverage ingredients while sipping on Nim's tasty cocktails before he manned the grill. Luna is kept spotless by this hard-working team, and their expertise on the USVI, sailing, snorkeling, safety, and wildlife was so interesting and helpful. They provided personalized touches for each guest - from meals, to snorkeling spots, to onshore activities, to itinerary choices, to fun music - even a disco ball and captain hats were brought out on our last night after Fabi saw us dancing one afternoon. We loved their senses of humor and so appreciate them sharing Luna with us. They worked so hard to make our trip perfect, but they made it look effortless.
