Katie was born in a small English village in the UK, her love for water and the ocean comes from the South coast of England. Her love for the ocean is matched by her love for horses as an equestrian dressage ride and her passion for cuisines from around the world. She enjoyed cooking from a young age with her mom who was a qualified chef. After completing her equine studies she worked in equine yards where she competed at a national level. She lated worked at a culinary school where she further developed her skills that are incorporated in her beautiful cuisines.
Eben and Katie met on the north coast of Sicily in Milazzo in 2022 and it was love at first sight. Katie as an equestrian rider and Eben as a Captain both had a love of the water. After traveling together around Europe Eben convinced Katie to join him in the amazing world of sailing.
Eben has been chartering around the Mediterranean and the Caribbean for the last 9 years and Katie joined him in the British Virgin Islands in 2023. As soon as you step on board you will feel at home and you can sit back relax and soak in the Caribbean sun. Whatever your needs are, whether it is diving amazing reefs, building sand castles on the beach or enjoying cocktails at the beach bars, Eben and Katie will have you forgetting about the world outside the islands.
Having grown up in the South West of England, Phoebe grew up with a deep appreciation for the outdoors and a natural connection to the sea. Surrounded by rugged coastlines and rolling countryside, she spent much of her childhood exploring beaches, swimming in the ocean, and enjoying long coastal walks with her dog.
Phoebe is known for her warm hospitality, attention to detail, and creative flair behind the bar. Whether it’s crafting classic cocktails or mixing up custom creations to match the mood, she loves turning a simple drink into a memorable experience.

Thank you so much for making our family vacation dreams come true. This week has been truly magical We have felt so lucky that our family has been able to join yours and share our special memories with you all. You all have been so kind, thoughtful and FUN! It will be impossible to pick a favourite moment because all of our adventures were so magical. We loved swimming and playing on and off the boat. We had so many fun times on the sun chill and trampolines, the paddle board, and - a new fav - the e-foil. We loved spending time on the sandy beaches, swimming and snorkeling finding shells, and enjoying our ‘usual’ cocktail. We truly felt the love with each delicious meal. Compliments to the chef! We will always remember how kind and amazing you have been with the kids. Thank you for playing with them, chatting with them…and listening…and listening some more. Thank you for taking them on the e-foil, making them kid cocktails, creating a special movie night (or 2), and showing them all the magic of the BVI. It will be hard to rejoin the cold world of New England where shoes are required. We all wish we could stay with your family longer. Our home in Maine or Massachusetts is forever open to you all. We hope we can one day share the wonder of playing in the snow, tubing and skiing, exploring the frozen lake and eating icicles. We’re not sure it compares to swimming with turtles, but we would be honoured to try to return the favour. Thank you so very much for a truly once in a lifetime (but hopefully not actually) experience.

Thank you so very much for our incredible week on Seahome 2! From the moment we stepped on board, you made us feel so welcome and truly rolled out the red carpet. From our first day at Anegada to our last night at Virgin Gorda and all the moments in-between - games, amazing meals, cocktails, snorkelling, hiking, e-foiling, scuba diving, hidden coves and rocky cruises - it was all so much fun! What a way to celebrate our patriarchs 80th. Thank you for showing us the magic of the BVI’s. And let us know if you ever make it to Stockholm.
