Captain Tim is a seasoned sailor who brings energy, optimism, and genuine love for the sea to every voyage. His years of experience have shaped him into a captain who thrives under pressure and delights in crafting unforgettable moments for guests.
Beyond his technical expertise and unwavering commitment to safety, Tim is known for his warmth and approachability. He has a natural ability to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable from the moment they step aboard. His calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational skills shine through even in the busiest moments. With meticulous attention to every detail and an adventurous spirit that's genuinely infectious, Tim ensures your charter is not just smooth—but truly memorable.
Candela has loved travel and tourism since childhood, and along her journey discovered another passion: cooking. For her, food is a way to explore cultures and connect with people. Now she's living her dream—combining both loves as a yacht chef in one of the world's most stunning destinations.
Hailing from Argentina, Candela brings three years of yachting experience across the Caribbean and Mediterranean. She specializes in vibrant, fresh Mediterranean and international cuisine—each dish thoughtfully prepared, beautifully plated, and customized to your tastes. Her engaging personality, professionalism, and keen eye for detail make her an invaluable member of the team, ensuring every meal and moment on board leaves a lasting impression.

Thank you Captain Tim and Candela for giving us such a memorable trip. Tim, you got us safely back to Village Cay in record time with intricate timing of the sails and weather & the winds beautifully. Candela, your cooking is superb and each day was better and better. Tim, can’t thank you enough for your navigation skills & expertise… the extra excursions through the estuaries beside the turtles & stingrays, feeling the iguanas, those gorgeous peacocks & views atop Beef Island, & for always keeping our safety at the forefront this entire trip. And that AMAZING cheesecake! Who knew our captain could bake!! So delish :)
We will miss waking to these gorgeous blue, clear waters, the fresh sea breeze, sailing on Stella… & both of you! Safe sailing & clear, sunny days ahead to you both… & until we meet again (wishful thinking)
