A passionate and experienced captain, he has accumulated over twenty years of navigation in the Mediterranean and the Caribbean. At the helm, David combines calm, expertise, and enthusiasm to offer every guest a smooth, safe, and truly memorable cruising experience.
A charter specialist, particularly on sailing yachts, he knows the most beautiful anchorages by heart and skillfully designs tailor- made itineraries to suit each guest’s desires. An excellent crew manager, he fosters a warm yet professional atmosphere on board, where every detail is thoughtfully arranged for the guests’ comfort.

Chef Mathieu has over 10 years of experience in land-based fine dining. He has worked in renowned establishments in Paris and Monaco. His cuisine is primarily Mediterranean, with Asian influences, always carefully prepared, elegant, and refined in its presentation.
He has completed two seasons in the Mediterranean aboard motor yachts, as well as one season in the Caribbean aboard a catamaran.
