Introducing Tedavi, a brand new 2022 Fountaine Pajot Aura 51. Her sleek design seamlessly
combines fantastic sailing capabilities with luxurious and comfortable spaces for living and
relaxing.
A great new feature is the complete opening between the saloon and the cockpit,
an innovation which will offer you an even greater feeling of freedom and space. The galley
and saloon are modern and bright adding to the spacious feel of this newly designed 51 foot
catamaran.
The large table in the cockpit seats eight adults comfortably for al fresco dining,
playing some board games or enjoying a movie on the 60-inch projector screen.
She has a large flybridge offering 360 degree views with plenty of lounge seating and a
sunbathing area for all to enjoy. The foredeck is another spacious area with reclinable
seating and areas for relaxation. Both areas can be covered with sun shades, allowing you
to enjoy the ocean breeze while taking in the beauty of your natural surroundings in comfort.
Tedavi has four queen cabins, one of which is a spacious master cabin with an additional
entrance opening onto the aft deck for direct bed to ocean access. All cabins have en-suite
bathrooms with electric freshwater toilets, individually controlled air conditioning units,
multiple integrated USB ports and queen beds which face the ocean for the perfect view to
wake up to.
Tedavi means “healing” in Turkish and is the perfect name for this beautiful yacht on which
you can experience the healing power of sailing on a vacation unlike any other.

Meet Gordon Holden, your Captain on Tedavi! He is 29 yrs old and from Buffalo NY. He has been around the water his whole life. He grew up on the shores of Lake Erie sailing/swimming/waterskiing with family and friends in addition to spending summers at Lake Muskoka in Ontario Canada doing much of the same.
His family owns a C&C 33ft sailboat on Lake Erie that he and his 3 brothers learned to sail from an early age. In addition to sailing, he was the captain of my high school swimming and diving team as well as the local rugby club. He has always had a passion for the water and has sailed in a variety of locations across the globe.
During summer breaks in college, he worked in high end hospitality establishments in East Hampton & Montauk NY and enjoyed providing unique experiences to guests. A few years after graduating college with a Business Administration & History Degree, he worked in Corporate for some time and decided to leave his desk behind and hit the water full time! Gordon went on to obtain his captain and sailing credentials, spent a season working flotilla charters in the Mediterranean, mainly Croatia and Greece, and captained S/V 3 Sisters and S/V Salty Dog the past 2 seasons in the Virgin Islands.
Having grown up in Australia, Ellie has always lived a life of adventure in the outdoors. She fondly recalls the many weekends of hikes and camping her friends and family would go on, and the adjoining activities such as kayaking and rock climbing that would occur.
Since childhood, Ellie always had a passion for showing love through food. Whether that meant bringing people together through a shared bite, or perhaps dropping off a sweet treat to brighten someone’s day, she knew how much a meal could mean to people. After a few years of travelling the world, Ellie, or known affectionately as “Archie” by her cheffing peers, decided to pursue her commercial cookery and patisserie qualifications. This led her to work for some of the most renowned restaurant groups and cafés in Melbourne, where her skills were able to exponentially skyrocket.
After having worked on yachts in both Europe and the Caribbean previously, Ellie knew it was her calling to come back to where she was able to combine her two loves of cooking and outdoor adventure. She loves welcoming guests on board and providing the best curated experience, not only cooking for guests but also taking them on water and onshore adventures. On charter, Ellie loves nothing more than to see clients genuinely enjoying themselves under her care, and understands that it's the small details that really make a trip memorable. You’ll wake with a sense of excitement, and end the day with a full belly and a mind full of memories.
With her and Gordon's enthusiasm and knowledge, they know that after a week with them their guests will leave having just experienced one of the best weeks of their lives.

Our Time On Tedavi Was Incredible!
Our time on the Tedavi has been incredible.Both Captain Gordon & Chef Ellie treated my family with so much care and made the experience unforgettable!
From sailing the coast of St John, learning facts from the Captain to jumping right into the most secluded, clear blue bays before a perfect dinner this entire trip was a win for our family.
My girls most enjoyed swimming in the sea and helping Ellie add extra chocolate chips into their pancakes.
Eric and I appreciated the details that did not go unnoticed - extremely tidy boat, delicious meals, and overall a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the amazing snorkeling spots, swimming with sea turtles, shopping local, and exploring a new beach each day.

How did you enjoy your cruising vacation?
Hands down, the absolute BEST vacation we've ever taken! There aren't enough words to describe how much we loved this experience with Captain Gordon and Chef Ellie. While the act of sailing and the views were amazing in the USVI, Gordon and Ellie truly made the experience SO special. We have traveled to many places and have never had food as delicious as the meals prepared by Ellie - and I mean that! Both Ellie and Gordon were so fun and easy to be around, it felt like we had known them both forever. Our group all agreed that it was the best, most relaxing vacation we've ever been on and we can't stop talking about it.
We definitely want to come back and would absolutely love to have Gordon and Ellie again. If they are unavailable, they surely have set the bar so very high for the next crew!
How is the yacht? Is she clean and well-maintained? Were your cabins comfortable? Was the
cockpit comfortable? Was there enough shade?
Tedavi was amazing. We had 3 couples on our trip
and felt like it was the perfect size for all 3; I think 4
might have been a little crowded. There was plenty of
shade. Gordon and Ellie did a phenomenal job of
keeping it clean - they scurried down to our cabins
after we got ready for the day and were so quick to
tidy up, we didn't even notice when they were down
there!
Did you use all the water toys? If you were diving, how did you like the area?
Yes - loved the toys, especially the new addition, the
e-foil! We had a fabulous dive instructor come on the
boat, Audrey, and I can't recommend her enough. It
was so nice being able to have a private dive on our
own boat instead of going out on a big boat with a
bunch of people. Audrey was a great teacher for our
friend that was interested in learning how to dive!

expectations? Did your Chef and Crew pay close attention to your Preference Sheets?
ELLIE WAS AMAZING!!! Truly, the best food we have
ever had - and we've traveled ALL over. I can't express

meal was that she made. She definitely paid close
attention to our preference sheets which was
awesome. I will never be over it - she has set the bar
high for us!
How would you describe your Captain and crew? Were they Courteous? Helpful?Friendly? Attentive? Knowledgeable?
Absolutely amazing. So professional, kind, funny,
fun... they felt like old friends that we had known
forever. They worked SO well together and you could
tell they both greatly respected each other.
They talked very highly of their bosses and how their
company prides itself on customer service and they
embodied that 100%. & Beyond should be proud to
have them on their team because they are the BEST
of the best!

Favorite Vacation!
Thank you SO MUCH for my favorite vacation I’ve had! Y’all’s attitude has truly been amazing. Every meal, every sail, every tour, every bed side chocolate has been life changing. I thought of y’all as part of our family over the last week. I don’t know if we can have another vacation without thinking of you guys! WE WILL BE BACK! Do not forget us because we will be requesting Ellie and James!!! Waking up in the morning to the smell of food and sea water has been great. How is it possible that each day is better than the previous? Each meal better than the last? Every moment perfect and memorable? Because Ellie and James make it that way. Doing so with such ease and grace, I'm sure that living aboard with people you don't know for a week has to be overwhelming and challenging, but these guys have the love, joy and passion for hospitality. In short they become like family. We will miss them and hope to return. This was a simply sublime week in the BVIs, our first time, and we can't imagine not doing it again, and we also can't imagine going with another crew on a different boat. Thanks you for the best rip ever. Period.First off, the food YUMMMMM!! I'm sorry I didn't beat my pancake eating record again. Thank you for going out of your way to make this week as magical as it could be. The snorkeling was AMAZING. As my first time ever going to the BVI's it sure was the best it could ever be. the sailing was so much fun because we could just relax and like an hour later we were in the most calm and beautiful places. Also, the sea scooters were the most fun things I have done. I could not stop playing. Your new boat is amazing, the layout is different but we love it.

We didn't quite know what to expect and both of you exceeded our wildest dreams about a boat trip vacation! From the amazing breakfasts to desserts.. the meals were outstanding. You really need to assemble a "Rebecca Cook Book. The daytime adventures with Heiko were always memorable. He was always so patient and anticipated everything we all needed. Heiko and Rebecca were unbelievable! From the first moment we stepped on board we felt 100% comfortable and relaxed. The accommodations were perfect and immaculate (The entire trip!) The food and drinks were exactly what you would want to eat on a tropical vacation. Heiko and Rebecca knew exactly what we wanted before we knew what we wanted. Heiko made us so comfortable in the ocean and gave us a five star snorkeling experience (MULTIPLE TIMES)Rebecca's food was INSANELY delicious and was perfectly complimented with heinous cocktails/desserts. The Best Vacation We have Ever Gone On!
As the father and planner of our family vacations, it is always difficult to plan a trip that all four kids will love. We have been all over North America together and my wife and kids all say that THIS was the best vacation we have gone on.On this trip we got to experience the Virgin Islands. This is experience was because of Heiko and Rebecca. My kids think that Heiko is a super hero. He took us to places in the ocean that were truly amazing. He taught us how to hold our breath for 1.5 minutes and free dive to 25 feet. He even found our lost phone at the bottom of the ocean. He is a real life Aquaman!
In all of our vacations we have never had such awesome eating experience and that was because of Rebecca! Every meal, every snack, every dessert were truly delicious. The whole family is asking if we can do this trip again but only if we can do it with Rebecca and Heiko!
They really made this trip truly special. We all now consider them friends and we WILL see them again.

To say Rebecca and Heiko exceeded expectations is an understatement. A nice boat is nice boat but the crew makes it special. These two are fantastic! They made our family vacation so special from the 50th anniversary banner, cups and welcome champagne to the wonderful meals and snorkel trips. Heiko and Rebecca are the best crew to have on a boat. Heiko was basically Aquaman and found all the sea creatures for us to see!Rebecca was the most amazing chef, I looked forward to every meal the entire trip!

Heiko thank you for all your help (and patience) with our crew. All the pointers on breathing techniques given were so helpful. You were the BEST dive master. All the things we got to see and learn about during our scuba and snorkel dive are unforgettable.
With a family of 6 it is rare that we all agree but without a question this will forever be our FAMILY'S BEST VACATION EVER (until next year and we see you guys again.
