The Yacht
BEYOND is a 2022-built Fountaine Pajot Aura 51 crewed catamaran, accommodating up to 6 guests in 3 premium cabins (1 king, 2 queens, each with a private bathroom), crewed by Captain Christophe and Chef Jeanette. She charters across the Caribbean Leewards and Windward Islands/Grenadines in winter, and the Bahamas in summer.
The Aura 51 marks a new stage in the evolution of Fountaine Pajot's Sailing Catamaran range, reflecting the shipyard's push to go further with its environmental approach. The Boatbookings Charter Experts visited and reviewed BEYOND during the 2025 BVI Charter Show.
Your Charter Crew: Captain Christophe brings an intimate understanding of the Caribbean Leewards to every stop on the voyage, while Chef Jeanette crafts a culinary adventure from gourmet breakfasts to exquisite dinners, each a celebration of flavor against the surrounding landscapes.
Onboard, BEYOND offers a stylish flybridge with comfortable seating and a dining area for panoramic views and cocktail parties, an aft-deck and flybridge set for alfresco dinners, and a foredeck bronzing area. Inside, a contemporary interior with glass fixtures, accent lighting, and large windows gives the saloon and dining area a bright, airy feel for special occasions.
A 7-day sample itinerary runs from St. Martin through St. Barths, blending underwater exploration, island hopping, and culinary experiences curated by the Boatbookings team. BEYOND is available year-round in the Windward Islands and also charters the Bahamas during the winter months.
Water Toys: Snorkel gear, a tube, 2 SUP paddle boards, floating mats, beach games, and fishing gear round out the onboard recreation.

At 49', 3 cabins/6 guests, she's a tighter, more intimate charter than the 5-6 cabin cats that dominate this market, which suits couples or two families wanting a dedicated boat rather than a crowd. The real draw is the itinerary flexibility: Leewards and Grenadines in winter, Bahamas in summer, with Captain Christophe and Chef Jeanette as a genuine two-person team rather than a rotating roster. Good fit for guests who want a newer-build, design-forward cat over an older, larger monohull at a similar price point.

Inclusive · Caribbean Inclusive Charter Terms: the charter fee includes the services of a captain and crew, meals, standard ship's bar, fuel, cruising taxes, permits, and all expenses related to running the vessel, and use of onboard sports equipment. The charter fee does not include (optional) crew gratuities, premium beverages and fine wines, excessive alcoholic consumption, off-yacht excursions, dockage, telephone, airport transfers, or similar expenses incurred by the Charterer.
