The Yacht
Step aboard Tranquila, a stunning 2024 Fountaine Pajot Samana 59 making her debut in the British Virgin Islands for the 2025/2026 charter season. Never before offered for charter, she has only seen a few weeks of private owner use and remains in pristine, showroom condition — a true first-time charter experience. Purpose-built for comfort and connection, Tranquila is where modern design meets effortless relaxation — a sanctuary at sea where every detail invites you to unwind and enjoy island life at its best.
Spacious and beautifully designed, Tranquila offers an open-concept layout that blurs the lines between interior and exterior living. The expansive salon flows seamlessly onto the aft deck, creating a single inviting space to dine, socialize, or simply take in the Caribbean breeze. The flybridge provides panoramic views and a perfect setting for sunset cocktails, while the forward deck’s generous lounging area is the ideal spot to bask in the sun or gaze at the stars.
Inside, the atmosphere is bright and refined, with contemporary finishes, elegant furnishings, and a fully equipped galley where your chef will prepare fresh, memorable meals. Whether enjoying a quiet morning coffee, an alfresco dinner, or a day full of adventure on the water, Tranquila offers the perfect balance of style and serenity.
Accommodating up to eight guests in four ensuite queen cabins — including a master suite offering double the space of a standard guest cabin — Tranquila ensures both comfort and privacy. The starboard forepeak can also be made available for children or teens at an additional cost; please inquire for details. With Starlink internet, a multi-zone sound system, and a curated selection of water toys and leisure amenities, every detail has been designed to elevate your time aboard.
From the moment you step on deck, Tranquila invites you to slow down, breathe, and discover the art of truly relaxed luxury — now available for the very first charter season.

Francesca Stocco
Francesca and Matteo are a couple from northern Italy who left land life for the sea. They now bring a unique blend of sailing expertise, culinary talent, and local knowledge to every charter aboard Tranquila. Both licensed captains (RYA/MCA Yachtmaster) and graduates of the renowned Ashburton Chefs Academy, they seamlessly combine navigation and gourmet dining to create experiences where guests can simply relax and enjoy every moment.
Having lived and worked in the British Virgin Islands for years, they know the islands intimately — from hidden coves and pristine beaches to the best local provisioning spots. Their favorite destinations include Anegada, Guana Island, and the iconic waters of Gorda Sound and White Bay. With many years on charter and private vessels, multiple Atlantic crossings, and more than 30,000 nautical miles logged, Francesca and Matteo ensure guests feel safe and completely at ease, confident that every detail is expertly handled.
Their passion for sailing began with a bold leap: having been on a boat only a few times, they sailed from Croatia to South Africa on a stranger’s catamaran. That journey sparked a lifelong love of life at sea, to the point that they still live on a catamaran today.
Culinary experiences aboard Tranquila are carefully crafted to delight every guest. Francesca and Matteo specialize in Italian and Mediterranean cuisine while also offering Caribbean, Asian, and Mexican-inspired dishes. They create custom menus tailored to dietary preferences and requirements and pair meals with carefully selected wines, ensuring dining is effortless, memorable, and fully enjoyed without worry.
Passionate about water sports and exploration, they love sharing their skills and organizing activities ranging from paddleboarding and snorkeling to sunset cocktails and lively karaoke nights. Fluent in English, Spanish, French, and Italian, they foster a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, where guests can fully immerse themselves in the experience without having to think about a thing.
